This was one of the oldest houses in Beaver. It shows Mrs. Perez Williams and Mrs. Emily at the fence. It was sold by William Bonney in 1820. Among other owners were Dumbar, Tirrell, Staples, Barrell and Williams. It was torn down in 1938 after a fire. Another picture shows the west side. The house was at 404 Summer Street.
