This was built for Perez Robinson by Francis Hayward. George F. Hayward wrote, "Mrs. Robinson bought an old shop, moved the building with Francis H's help, dug a hole in the sand bank, walled up the foundation, giving it the appearance of two stories on the side shown in the view." The house was later removed and the land now belongs to the Beaver Cemetary. It stood opposite 239 Summer Street
