This house was moved to this place about 1884-1885. It was built about 1853 by John Bell, Jr. for Benjamin J. Eddy just north of the old Wm. Bonney house. Mrs. Louisa Willis erected her home in its place. In the distance are the house and barn of the old Sim (Simon) Richmond place which have since burned. This house is at 353 Summer Street.
