Edison Electric Illuminating Co. The Brockton Edison Co. "went on-line" in 1907. It closed and was torn down in 1973. In 1925 it became an auxilary station, used for emergencies. However, after 1945 it was used quite steadily until it was closed. The fire whistle was blown here. Was located off Spring St.
